No time to breathe for the Formula 1 paddock. Just a few hours after brushing the walls in Monaco, the 20 drivers are back on a more traditional circuit with the layout of the Circuit de Catalunya. A weekend that, like in the Principality, could be disrupted by rain.<\/p>\n
Friday is the day with the least risk of rain, with only 24% chance. The day should be partly cloudy and the temperature won’t exceed 24 degrees. However, later in the weekend, the risk of rain continues to increase.<\/p>\n
On Saturday, showers are expected in the afternoon and there is a 40% chance of rain with a risk of thunderstorms. The thermometer should show 25 degrees. On Sunday, the chances of rain increase even more, reaching 70% with a risk of thunderstorms like on Saturday. According to these forecasts, the Grand Prix should therefore take place at least on a wet track.<\/p>\n
Barcelona is not accustomed to this climate since we have to go back to the Spanish Grand Prix of 1996 to find the date of the last edition that was raced in the rain.
