They displayed a great pace all weekend. After good qualifying sessions, the Mercedes could foresee a podium finish in their category. But the numerous driver errors dashed the hopes of the star-branded cars.<\/p>\n
The #61 was penalized with two drive-throughs in less than twenty minutes. This relegated the car driven, among others, by Maxime Martin. It later retired from the race.<\/p>\n

We had a good qualifying and a good start to the race. We were in the leading positions. Unfortunately, a technical issue forced us to retire.
