A rather surprising situation. While one of the two F1 Academy races was canceled in Qatar last week, British driver Abbi Pulling was crowned the champion. The Alpine academy member had a significant lead of 83 points over her competitor, Doriane Pin.<\/p>\n
With only two races left to go, which means 52 points still to be distributed, everything was already settled. But everything changed when it was announced that a third race would finally take place this weekend in Abu Dhabi.<\/p>\n

Abbi Pulling is therefore no longer the champion of the category by one point. <\/p>\n If officially she is no longer crowned, unofficially the British is.
