The latter left Ferrari to join Aston Martin. Meanwhile, the technical restructuring at Ferrari is taking shape, with Lo\u00efc Serra taking over the chassis department.<\/p>\n<h2>Fresh blood to prepare for the future<\/h2>\n<p>In a press release, Ferrari announced that Serra will have direct responsibility for several crucial areas: \u00ab In this new role, Serra will report directly to the team principal, Fred Vasseur. Serra will therefore be in charge of the following departments: Chassis Project Engineering, led by Fabio Montecchi; Vehicle Performance, led by Marco Adurno; Aerodynamics, led by Diego Tondi; Track Engineering, led by Matteo Togninalli; and Chassis Operations, led by Diego Ioverno, who also retains the role of sporting director.<\/p>\n<p>This reshuffle is accompanied by a comprehensive technical reorganization aimed at strengthening Ferrari&#8217;s competitiveness.
