Among all the recruits, 5 are technical managers, all with immense experience in F1. These engineers have impressive resumes. Richard Frith<\/b> first is a former performance manager at Alpine: he has been part of the F1 world for over 25 years. Matt Harman<\/b> then is the former technical director at Alpine, he has also worked at Mercedes, Renault, McLaren and even Brawn in 2009. Fabrice Moncade<\/b> joins Williams as chief engineer. Present in the paddocks for 17 years, he has collaborated with several teams: Ferrari, Mercedes, McLaren… The fourth, Steve Winstanley<\/b>, will be the chief engineer. He notably spent 14 years at Red Bull, just that! Finally, the last to compose this dream team is Juan Molina<\/b>. The future head of information and analysis, Sorin Cheran, will arrive a little later. He specializes in artificial intelligence and innovation. He will lead a program to change the way the team acquires, stores, indexes, and uses data to create a top-notch technological operation. With these 26 recruits, two sectors have been primarily reinforced: A particular focus has been placed on strengthening the aerodynamics team with 11 hires, and the research office with 13.<\/p>\n
