At the top of the rankings, there are no real surprises. The two Ferraris dominated the first tests on the Spa-Francorchamps circuit. Car number 50 performed the best during this Thursday morning’s free practice session. It is more than a second ahead of its sister car. But behind, there is something new.<\/p>\n

Lamborghini, which had made a rather discreet start to the season, seems to have found its footing in the Ardennes. The car entered by Iron Lynx recorded the third fastest time just ahead of an Alpine. The number 36 car of the Lapierre-Schumacher-Vaxivi\u00e8re trio finished in fourth place, 1.3 seconds behind the leading Ferrari.<\/p>\n

The second blue Hypercar enters the Top 10 and closely trails the first Peugeot, number 93. Toyota is falling back in this first session with only the 11th and 16th best times.<\/p>\n

In the GT3 class, it is Corvette once again dominating the discussions. The TF Sport number 82 was the fastest with a time of 2:20’885”, three tenths faster than the AF Corse number 54. The Iron Dames are not far behind the best times with a fourth place at the end of this first session.<\/p>\n
