The British team unveiled a special livery for its MCL38 as part of the Driven by Change operation, in partnership with its sponsor British American Tobacco (BAT), which owns the Vuse brand.<\/p>\n
We are delighted to be doing Driven by Change in Japan for the 2024 edition of the campaign, alongside our partnership with Vuse, declares Louise McEwen, Marketing Director of McLaren Racing.<\/p>\n
This livery was designed by the artist MILTZ, who was inspired by Edomoji, a traditional Japanese calligraphy. We can see a dragon drawing in the sky materializing on various parts of the single-seater.<\/p>\n
The artist stated: When I became an independent artist, I never thought such an opportunity would be possible. This is the biggest international project I have ever accomplished! As I continue to make a name for myself as an artist, I want my works to promote the rich traditions of Japanese writing culture, such as Edomoji, but with a touch of modernity. From my work with local companies in Japan to the McLaren F1 team, there are so many beautiful stories to tell through art.<\/p>\n
McLaren is a team known for unveiling different liveries every season. It will also be present at the Singapore Grand Prix.<\/p>\n
