The entire team at the Grove factory is working hard to be ready for Suzuka in a week.<\/p>\n<p>James Vowles, Director of the Williams Racing team, seems confident. In a video posted on X (formerly Twitter) by the English team, he announces that the team will be on schedule to retrieve its two chassis for Japan.<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab I am confident that we will be able to repair the chassis. We have implemented measures to ensure that the chassis is back early Monday morning. The team at the factory has worked on it, disassembled it, and made repairs. This Thursday we are on track to have the chassis ready on time for Suzuka. \u00bb<\/p>\n<h2>Logan Sargeant should make his comeback<\/h2>\n<p><a href=\"\/f1\/actualite\/33205-le-crash-dalex-albon-prive-logan-sargeant-grand-prix-daustralie.html\" title=\"Alex Albon's crash deprives Logan Sargeant of the Australian Grand Prix\">The American who sacrificed himself<\/a> to let his teammate race at the Australian GP should therefore be present after what he described as the most difficult moment of his career.<\/p>\n<p>James Vowles is grateful for what Sargeant did. He understands that it is a team sport. It is the weirdest sport in the world, where I have two drivers but it is a team sport.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"\/f1\/news\/33216-williams-breaks-2-allowed-curfews.html\" title=\"Williams broke one of its 2 authorized curfews\">Williams<\/a> wants to put him in the best possible conditions in Japan. The team director explains his strategy. \u00ab One of the methods I have implemented with him so far is the structure, the fact that we discuss his strengths and weaknesses, the help and support to help him progress. \u00bb<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab The truth is that with a driver, when he gets back in the car, in Japan for him, he will find himself only a few thousandths behind Alex.
