If the outcome of this matter proves true, the English driver&#8217;s title win might become a bit more complicated&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>The FIA has received new evidence regarding the championship leader about his conduct behind the safety car, and these would suggest that he contributed to the collision between Webber and Vettel.<\/p>\n<p>Rumor has it that the administrators have visual proof that the British driver was excessively slowing down and accelerating.<\/p>\n<p>Article 40.10 of the F1 regulations states: \u00ab The safety car will be used until the race leader is behind it and all remaining cars are lined up behind him. Once behind the safety car, the race leader must maintain a minimum distance of 5 meters from it. \u00bb<\/p>\n<p>A spokesperson for the governing body of this sport confirmed that Hamilton is under close scrutiny to determine if this condition has been met.
