The FIA Court of Appeal met today in Paris to hear the appeal from Scuderia Toro Rosso that was filed after the Japanese Grand Prix.<\/p>\n
Little reminders: During the Japanese Grand Prix, which, as we recall, took place in deplorable weather conditions, Vitantonio Liuzzi reportedly overtook his competitor Adrian Sutil from Spyker while a yellow flag was being waved. However, according to the regulations, any overtaking when yellow flags are waved is strictly prohibited.<\/p>\n
Given this fact, the Italian driver was, of course, penalized. He had 25 seconds deducted from his race time achieved that very day.
