For the second free practice session in the Czech Republic, Germany once again recorded the best time, half a second faster than the competition. Vietoris returned to the track in more challenging conditions than this morning – with the cold setting in. Result<\/a><\/b><\/p>\n

It was the first true practice session, with Free Practice 1 dedicated to novice drivers \u2013 the rookies \u2013 and the number 2 drivers.<\/p>\n

Robbie Kerr for Team Great Britain delivers a good performance for his return to A1. “It’s great to be back in the series and to be in a good rhythm,” he commented.<\/p>\n

\u00ab There are still a few adjustments to be made if we want to remain competitive for the rest of the weekend. \u00bb<\/p>\n

Jonny Reid finished in third place for New Zealand, just ahead of the Dutchman Jeroen Bleekemolen by 0.2 seconds.<\/p>\n

Joao Urbano, for Portugal, seems to be performing well this weekend and will be a driver to watch tomorrow. He completes the top 5 ahead of Ireland, another key player, and France. Nicolas Lapierre is in 7th place replacing Loic Duval, who is temporarily unavailable. He is also out by more than a second and a half.<\/p>\n

Brazil, South Africa, and India\u2014with Karthikeyan\u2014complete the top 10 despite a mechanical issue on the Indian’s A1.<\/p>\n

The Czech Republic, with Janis, is only 14th at home. He could well be replaced by Enge tomorrow if the pressure is too high.<\/p>\n
