Nico Rosberg concludes the season with the best performance of his F1 career with a 4th place, while Kazuki Nakajima takes a very impressive 10th place in his first F1 Grand Prix. The Japanese driver hit two of his mechanics during his second pit stop but did not let it distract him and showed encouraging performances. The mechanics are currently receiving treatment at the S\u00e3o Paulo hospital.<\/p>\n
Nico Rosberg \u2013 4th<\/b><\/p>\n
I am very happy! It’s a great result for the team and for me, because fourth is my best result in F1 so far.<\/p>\n
\u00ab This performance is due to the tremendous work of my engineers who worked all weekend to improve the FW29. During my second stint, my strategy showed its limits with a heavy fuel load and quickly worn tires, but in the final stint, I was really efficient. \u00bb<\/p>\n
\u00ab There was strong pressure today to maintain our position in the championship, but we did it and with a great performance. So I can enjoy a pleasant and relaxed winter! \u00bb<\/p>\n
Kazuki Nakajima \u2013 10th<\/b><\/p>\n
\u00ab First of all, I would like to apologize to the mechanics who were injured during refueling and I hope they are doing well. It was a good first race for me, but it wasn’t really highlighted… \u00bb<\/p>\n
The car was very well balanced, I stayed behind Sato for a long time after a good start but I passed him and held on physically!<\/p>\n
