Super Aguri ended the season on a false note at Interlagos. The Japanese team hasn’t been able to break into the top 10 for many races and finished at the back of the pack in Brazil for the last race of the year, but in 12th and 14th place.<\/p>\n
The performances were less good today and Toro Rosso, the team’s main competitor, is ending its season much better, but Sato and Davidson remain optimistic.<\/p>\n
Takuma Sato – 12th<\/b><\/p>\n
\u00ab It was a difficult but exciting race. The start was very stressful as the cars kept overtaking each other. I made some overtakes myself. In fact, the whole race was based on thrilling moments. I really enjoyed it. I then started to struggle with the balance and pace of the car, but I think we did everything we could. \u00bb<\/p>\n
\u00ab It was a difficult race for the team. It has been a fantastic season and we have accomplished many things. Our result is a great success. This last race was a pleasure. The car gave its all, and the pace we had was significant even though we struggled to compete with some of our rivals. But we had reliability on our side. The team did a fantastic job in the pits.<\/p>\n
\u00ab I fought with Sutil early in the race, I thought my pace was really good towards the end with the first set of tires and I really enjoyed it. It was a good race at the end of the year and I want to thank all the team members for the hard work they put in this year. \u00bb<\/p>\n
