His hopes for the title vanished in the first lap after his collision with Timo Scheider.<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab It was my best season so far, and I achieved my goal of finishing in the top three in the championship \u00bb, said Tomczyk.<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab I am happy for Audi and Mattias [Ekstrom]. Our brand has won the title, and next year, it will be my turn to bring it back to them. \u00bb He stated, more motivated than ever.<\/p>\n<p>He now believes that his experience will help him in his races and that despite a few mistakes from last season, he will come back much better to have a perfect season.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;I will continue to work in the same way as this year because it was rewarding this season,&#8221; he added. &#8220;I will keep attacking and I think I have the support of my entire team next season.&#8221;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Martin Tomczyk believes he will come back even stronger for his 2008 season after having achieved his best season in DTM this year.
