Rickard Rydell will drive a Seat Sport in the FIA WTCC grand finale in Macau. It’s a return to his roots for the Swede, who has already driven for the Spanish team from 2004 (FIA European Touring Car) to 2006 (in WTCC), with four pole positions and two victories to his name, including Seat’s first-ever win at Oschersleben.<\/p>\n
\u00ab I really wanted to join SEAT for this race \u00bb, explained Rydell.<\/p>\n
I feel at home there, and it’s really great to work with them again. My main goal is to help the team win the constructors’ championship as well as the drivers’ championship with Yvan Muller.<\/p>\n
\u00ab The Macau circuit is one of my favorites because I love street tracks \u00bb. Concluded the Swede.<\/p>\n
This season, Rydell has already made an appearance at the Anderstop race, under the Chevrolet colors.<\/p>\n
