He has not raced in competition since the 2006 season with Toro Rosso and says he is eager to get back behind the wheel.<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab I will look everywhere for what is offered to me, to return among the 22 drivers with a race seat, \u00bb he stated.<\/p>\n<p>The Austrian has not raced competitively in F1 since 2006 and is eager to get back in the cockpit.<\/p>\n<p>Currently, the full-time positions will be occupied at Honda. And for me, doing an additional season as a test driver will not bring me anything.<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab A season as a test driver is useful. But it should not be a long-term solution&#8230; \u00bb<\/p>\n<p>The 24-year-old Austrian currently has few options. He could be a replacement for Wurz at Williams, or for Rosberg if he were to move elsewhere. Smaller teams are also potential options for his 2008 season, but Alonso remains the key to the transfers.<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab There are still many places available at the moment, but we all have to wait to know what Alonso will do. Which will probably be in two weeks.
