I don&#8217;t think I need to give advice to Ross because his results speak for themselves. \u00bb He stated.<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab As a team, we have been good over the past few years. Nick Fry and the entire team have done a good job in terms of team management. \u00bb<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab But on the technical level, we were missing something, and Ross is capable of fulfilling this role to fill the gaps. \u00bb<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab I am excited about the bright future ahead of us, and this feeling makes things even more thrilling. 2008 will be a better year, but we shouldn&#8217;t stop at just the 2008 season.
