{"id":27413,"date":"2007-12-13T14:06:57","date_gmt":"2007-12-13T14:06:57","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.casinoenligne.uk.com\/en\/f1\/news\/4735-mickael-ammermuller-title-is-still-achievable"},"modified":"2007-12-13T14:06:57","modified_gmt":"2007-12-13T14:06:57","slug":"4735-mickael-ammermuller-title-is-still-achievable","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.casinoenligne.uk.com\/en\/f1\/news\/4735-mickael-ammermuller-title-is-still-achievable","title":{"rendered":"Mickael Ammerm\u00fcller: &#8220;The title is still achievable!&#8221;"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The newly appointed driver to represent Germany in the A1GP championship, Mickael Ammermuller, believes that despite their meager point tally so far, winning the championship is still their goal.<\/p>\n<p>The A1 Team Germany indeed won the last season (2006\/2007) of the A1GP championship, but currently, with three stages completed out of 10 for the season, Germany is only 11th in the championship, trailing the leader, Switzerland, by 47 points&#8230; enough to dampen enthusiasm.<\/p>\n<p>Nevertheless, the young German, who was severely sanctioned during the last race in Malaysia, thinks he will do much better this time and get closer to the leaders in the championship.<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab I still don&#8217;t know why I received these sanctions, but I can&#8217;t do anything now. \u00bb confirms the German, test driver for Red Bull Racing in Formula 1.<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab It&#8217;s certain that the title is still within reach for us, but it gets more complicated with each race. However, other competitors can have problems, we don&#8217;t know what can happen, and I hope that we will have good races on our part. \u00bb<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab It&#8217;s important for me to have good races and finish on the podiums&#8230; but also for the team. I joined mid-season, I already scored points in my first race, so I remain very optimistic! \u00bb<\/p>\n<p>At 21, the young man collided with three riders in Sepang, sanctioned by the race officials. According to him, these collisions will not affect his reputation.<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab During a race, I&#8217;m not interested in staying behind my competitors, so if I have an opportunity to overtake, I do it&#8230; even if sometimes my overtakes are risky. \u00bb Admits the German, who has the full confidence of his team leaders.
