{"id":27411,"date":"2007-12-13T14:53:18","date_gmt":"2007-12-13T14:53:18","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.casinoenligne.uk.com\/en\/f1\/news\/4737-durango-announces-lineup-for-2008"},"modified":"2007-12-13T14:53:18","modified_gmt":"2007-12-13T14:53:18","slug":"4737-durango-announces-lineup-for-2008","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.casinoenligne.uk.com\/en\/f1\/news\/4737-durango-announces-lineup-for-2008","title":{"rendered":"Durango announces its lineup for 2008!"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Durango, present in the GP2 series championship, has just officially announced its drivers for the 2008 season.<\/p>\n<p>The Italian team is the first of the thirteen teams to announce its 2008 lineup, and it&#8217;s Alberto Valerio, 2007 winner in British F3, and Davide Valsecchi, driver in World Series by Renault, who have been promoted.<\/p>\n<p>Tiyone Pintone, the director of the Durango Sport team commented: \u00ab Davide Valsecchi impressed me during the last tests carried out with us and I think we can do excellent work together in 2008, especially since he will be accompanied by Alberto [Valerio]. \u00bb<\/p>\n<p>Valsecchi, a 20-year-old Italian, will also participate in the GP2 Asia series. &#8220;It&#8217;s an excellent opportunity to gain experience and show what I&#8217;m capable of. I will do my best to bring good results for the team,&#8221; he commented.<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab I would also like to thank Durango for the trust they have placed in me. \u00bb<\/p>\n<p>Alberto Valerio, a 22-year-old Brazilian, will only participate in the &#8216;classic&#8217; GP2 series championship and will therefore have the primary goal of helping Durango progress in the standings, having finished only 9th in 2007 with 36 points.<\/p>\n<p>The two previous drivers of the team, Garcia and Chandhock, have so far not shown any reaction.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Durango, present in the GP2 series championship, has just officially announced its drivers for the 2008 season.
