All this aims to provide twice the spectacle for its spectators and make a strong impression against the competition from other countries.<\/p>\n<p>The new stadium is expected to start taking shape at the end of February to be completed in January 2009 and host the WRC under good conditions for the month of June.<\/p>\n<p>Andrzej Witkowski, the Polish president of the automotive and motorcycle federation declared: \u00ab The new site will make life even more difficult for the competition. For spectators and rally enthusiasts, it will also be an excellent way to admire the talents of our best European and global drivers. \u00bb<\/p>\n<p>Witkowski also confirmed that the event will continue to be based in Mikolajki, a town in the northeast of the country, until 2014.<\/p>\n<p>With the alternation system, the Rally of Poland will not be present on the 2010 calendar.
