The crew is doing great, but the C4 couldn&#8217;t continue.<\/p>\n<p>The Spaniard accentuates the impression of bad luck for the team with the chevrons after Loeb&#8217;s engine problems yesterday. He finishes his day just after starting it and will likely restart tomorrow in an unofficial championship.<\/p>\n<p>At the end of the first special stage, it was Jari-Matti Latvala who ultimately took the lead in the rally. Loeb arrived 4th with his original engine.<\/p>\n<p>Other issues are to be noted in this super special as Peter Solberg lost a lot of time after hitting a stray dog. Unfortunately, the animal died while the Subaru is seriously damaged.<\/p>\n<p>The Suzuki of Gardemeister also experienced a mechanical problem with the gearbox.
