\u00ab It was a difficult day as we tried to find the perfect balance on the car while we were struggling with the tires, which are suffering from graining. We tried to improve certain things, but I’m not completely satisfied with the balance yet. Especially since I ended my second session in the gravel after putting a wheel on the grass… \u00bb<\/p>\n
\u00ab Now I am waiting to see tomorrow’s performances, but we can be optimistic. We have made good progress since the European tests and we seem to be performing well in race simulation, we’ll see.<\/p>\n
Timo Glock \u2013 8th and 10th:<\/b><\/p>\n
\u00ab It was my first day in an official competition here in Australia, and also my first free practice sessions with Toyota. It’s very different from what I’ve experienced in GP2 or during pre-season tests. \u00bb<\/p>\n
\u00ab Overall, I felt good in the car even though not everything is suited to my driving style. I was particularly satisfied with the second practice session, although many complained about graining on the tires. \u00bb<\/p>\n

\u00ab Overall it was a good day for us, but the sessions did not go without problems either. We lost a bit of time during Trulli’s off-road excursion. We also had an issue in the morning with one of Timo Glock’s wheels\u2026 That’s why he stopped earlier than expected. \u00bb<\/p>\n
\u00ab For now, the car is performing well and the track is improving gradually, so it’s difficult to make a diagnosis. We’re used to it here.
