The European Grand Prix in Valencia seems to be a promised success since nearly all the tickets were sold on the day the ticket offices opened.<\/p>\n
The organizers stated that only 8,000 tickets are still available after just nine hours of the sales locations being open.<\/p>\n
The new urban circuit of Valencia can accommodate 112,771 spectators.<\/p>\n
Jorge Martinez Aspar, one of the organizers of the event, said he was very satisfied and a little surprised by this enthusiasm on the first day of ticket sales.<\/p>\n
Aspar added that he expected all the tickets to be sold by the end of next week.<\/p>\n
Nearly 40% of the tickets were purchased by people not living in Spain.<\/p>\n
