Slick tires are to be taken into consideration for the future season. The Japanese equipment supplier has offered all Formula 1 teams this type of tire for testing.<\/p>\n<p>Liuzzi, who had never tried these tires, said he was surprised by their performance.<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab It was incredible because I did not expect these tires to be so effective, \u00bb said Liuzzi from Barcelona.<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab I believe they were even more flexible than before, these tires are incredible especially in the first two laps. \u00bb<\/p>\n<p>Liuzzi had already driven with slick tires, but that goes back to 2004 when he was in F3000.<\/p>\n<p>The Italian added that with grooved tires in the 2009 configuration, the situation was very difficult, if not almost impossible.<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab When we were driving with grooved tires, it was impossible. But with slick tires, we made very good progress. \u00bb<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab It was a very good feeling.
