The Stobart M-Sport team is currently fourth in the World Rally Championship (WRC). The team, a subsidiary of Ford, delivered good performances at the start of the season, but after a disappointing South American event in Argentina, the team is determined to bounce back this weekend in Jordan.<\/p>\n
After four rallies, Stobart finds itself behind Subaru in the constructors’ championship. The Japanese team occupied very good positions in Argentina, benefiting from numerous retirements, which earned them significant points. In contrast, Stobart, with three drivers, did not score any points, suffering from three retirements. Only Galli, who re-entered in SuperRally, was able to score 2 points.<\/p>\n

Solberg and his co-driver Cato Menkerud have only scored four points this season and are only in eleventh position in the drivers’ standings: \u00ab We will still attack in Jordan. I was quite unlucky in Argentina. We will focus on the next rally. I don’t know what to expect. I’ve only seen videos on wrc.com. My engineer has participated in several events in the Middle East. It will be an advantage to rely on someone who knows the locations. We will fight and try to finish in the top 5.<\/p>\n
At 22 years old, Matthew Wilson and his co-driver Scott Martin are one point behind Henning in the drivers’ standings. The Briton hopes his good physical training and new notes will help him have a good rally: \u00ab Scott and I are very well-trained. Temperatures can reach 40\u00b0C and over 50\u00b0C in the cockpit. In a long stage, like the one on Sunday, we will need to be fit and focused. We’ve had a tough start to the season, but I’m satisfied with our performances. It’s a new event for all the drivers. Last time, it was in Ireland, I finished in seventh position.
