Kubica, for his part, was much more consistent with a 4th place in qualifying and in practice. Once again, the German team is on par with Ferrari and other McLaren.<\/p>\n

\u00ab It was a good qualifying session. I am very happy because I managed to do a very fast lap in Q2 and Q3. I am also particularly pleased with the second qualifying session as I finished with the second-fastest time using only one set of tires. Nick Heidfeld – 1st and 9th:<\/b><\/p>\n
I’m not very happy with this 9th place. Sure, qualifying in the top ten is reasonable, but my last lap wasn’t sufficient. Having graining at the end of the lap didn’t help.<\/p>\n
I sincerely hope that I will make a good start tomorrow. For me, Ferrari is performing better than expected here, Renault apparently is even if Fernando Alonso doesn’t have much fuel on board his single-seater.<\/p>\n
