The French driver finished 13th after receiving a penalty for unsportsmanlike conduct. He does not dispute the decision of the race stewards.<\/p>\n<p>The ART Grand Prix driver was first in the second race of the weekend on Sunday morning. After overtaking Kamui Kobayashi three laps into the race, the Frenchman was in the lead until three laps before the finish. The GP2 cars were then under a safety car period, and at the restart, Kobayashi, still in 2nd, attempted an attack on Grosjean.<\/p>\n<p>The Frenchman took the inside of turn 1, Kobayashi the outside, but by entering too quickly, Grosjean was penalized on acceleration. He then moved slightly back towards the Japanese driver and pushed him onto the outer curb.<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab It&#8217;s strange the moment when the safety car decided to pull in. So, unprepared, my tires were cold and I made a mistake at the first turn. I corrected my trajectory, a bit abruptly, but otherwise, I was headed for the gravel&#8230; \u00bb comments Grosjean.<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab I moved back to the left too quickly, and I accept the FIA&#8217;s decision. Sure, it would have been a great result, but that&#8217;s racing&#8230; \u00bb<\/p>\n<p>The commissioners did not appreciate the maneuver by the French driver.
