The request for a new paddock at the Silverstone circuit has been approved by the municipal council. This request follows Bernie Ecclestone’s demands to raise the level of the facilities.<\/p>\n
The stands and paddocks would be moved from their current location between Woodcote and Copse to be positioned between Club and Abbey.<\/p>\n
These two corners would be reconfigured, with a new paddock, garages, a race control building, a media center, and reception.<\/p>\n
Future plans for the development of Silverstone will also include the construction of a business center, sports facilities, a leisure complex, and a university campus over the next 10 years.<\/p>\n
The managing director of Silverstone, Richard Phillips, stated: \u00ab We are absolutely delighted that the planning committee voted unanimously in favor of this development project. \u00bb<\/p>\n
