The Toyota driver crashed into the pit wall at over 100 km\/h after the failure of his right rear suspension.<\/p>\n<p>The German was suffering from back pain and stayed overnight in the hospital for observation. He got back behind the wheel of a Formula 1 car today for the first time since his accident.<\/p>\n<p>Glock thus drove for the Japanese team in Jerez, Spain. It was the third day of private testing on the Iberian circuit. Toyota planned to carry out a fourth day of testing tomorrow, with Kamui Kobayashi at the wheel of the TF108 evolution 4.<\/p>\n<p>Timo Glock took advantage of sunny and still warm weather to complete 78 laps, totaling 345 kilometers. At the end of the day, he felt relieved: \u00ab It&#8217;s good to be back in the cockpit of an F1, especially when the day is as positive as it was today. \u00bb<\/p>\n<p>Toyota&#8217;s schedule was planned very early in the day. The goal was to suffer as little as possible from the heat: \u00ab We attacked very hard this morning in order to progress as quickly as possible.
