Their weekend was, once again, almost perfect. On the Japanese track, the Iron Dames clocked the second best time during qualifying, less than a tenth of a second behind the Corvette in pole position. In the race, the pink girls were at the forefront of the 6 hours of Fuji.<\/p>\n

The first two relays saw Sarah Bovy battling against the Corvette #33, with intense battles. After two hours, Rahel Frey took over from the Belgian driver, but the pace slowed down a bit. However, the Swiss driver remained among the top three in the category before dropping to fourth place.<\/p>\n

Aiming for victory in Bahrain<\/h2>\n

At the end of the race, the third Iron Lady, Michelle Gatting, picked up the pace from the start of the race, but she was unable to rejoin the leading trio. In the end, she has to settle for fourth place.<\/p>\n
