Nico Rosberg claims he is fully committed to helping Williams advance on the starting grid next season, despite a very disappointing 2008 season that did not live up to expectations.<\/p>\n
The German achieved two podiums last season during which the team was unable to deliver consistent results with its FW30.<\/p>\n
