The track located in the south of Spain, as well as other circuits like Barcelona or Valencia, are must-visit spots for teams aiming to prepare for the new season. The mild climate that prevails there is an asset even in winter.<\/p>\n
Winter testing is therefore a source of revenue for these circuits, with an average of 7,000 euros per day per team.<\/p>\n
Jerez alone hosted 22 days of testing in 2008. Out of the 63 test days that year, 47 took place in Spain.<\/p>\n
