Testing at the Sakhir circuit in Bahrain was interrupted in the morning due to a sandstorm.<\/p>\n

The red flag was raised shortly after 9:30 a.m. because the storm prevented the medical helicopter from taking off if needed. In any case, visibility on the track was zero, making it impossible to conduct tests.<\/p>\n

Ferrari, Toyota, and BMW-Sauber stayed on the circuit waiting for an improvement in conditions in the afternoon that never came.<\/p>\n

Yesterday, the first session started two hours late due to fog. It was Timo Glock who set the fastest lap.<\/p>\n

Irony of fate, in Spain on the Jerez circuit, the weather conditions for the five teams were favorable with sunshine, relative mildness, and dry weather.<\/p>\n
