Donington Park is set to take a new step in organizing the 2010 British Grand Prix with the upcoming circuit inspection by the FIA, which should take place in a few days.<\/p>\n
Simon Gillett, the director of the circuit, seems convinced that Donington will receive the necessary approval and specifies that efforts continue in the redevelopment of the circuit.<\/p>\n
“We work with the best in the world,” said Simon Gillett. “When you work with people like Tilke [Herman Tilke is the architect of modern circuits] to obtain the safety validation of the circuit by the FIA, you can say that you’re betting on the right horse.”<\/p>\n
Gillett also hopes that the financial plan followed will allow for the complete reorganization of the circuit as planned; it was expected to be unveiled in March and could be announced in the coming days.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
