We respect our competitors&#8217; right to request any clarification on a design or idea used on our cars, using the official channels available.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab The FIA technical department, the stewards of the Australian and Malaysian Grand Prix, and now five judges of the International Court of Appeal have confirmed our belief that our cars have always strictly adhered to the 2009 technical regulations. \u00bb<\/p>\n<p>The decision of the court of appeal thus puts an end to this controversy, and we are delighted to continue on the track the challenge of this 2009 World Championship, which had a very exciting start for us.<\/p>\n<p>Brawn GP can therefore continue optimizing its car.
