Once again, the Renault F1 Team will open its doors to the winning candidate of this international competition organized by Altran. They will then have the opportunity to work for six months within Renault’s Research and Development department.<\/p>\n
Launched in 2004, this initiative has proven to be a valuable platform for young graduates seeking to work at the highest level of motorsport. This privileged access to the world of Formula 1 represents a unique opportunity for all candidates.<\/p>\n
The partnership with Total for this edition of the Altran Engineering Academy drives the competition to focus particularly on the issue of energy efficiency, one of the main concerns of this international energy group whose mission is to sustainably meet the growing demand for energy through innovation and action.<\/p>\n
The winners of previous years, like the Brazilian Gustavo Brambilla in 2008, have shown that this experience within the team was decisive in their career: several participants in this competition are indeed currently employed by the team, while others are in contact for future integration.<\/p>\n
Robin Tuluie, Head of the Research and Development sector for ING Renault F1 Team, explains: \u00ab The competition attracts a large number of young people who have a passion for our professions and who are not intimidated by the complexity of our environment, nor by the level of commitment required.
