This weekend in Bahrain will see the return of slick tires, as after two races affected by rain, this weekend is expected to be very dry and very hot. Ferrari, BMW, and Toyota might have an advantage since these three teams tested over the winter on the Sakhir circuit.<\/p>\n
These, like the seven other teams, will have as usual two types of tires; the Super-Soft and the Medium which will need to be adapted to a dusty track.<\/p>\n

Bahrain is a technically interesting circuit in general with a large number of braking zones, acceleration, and low-speed corners. Maximizing traction in the corners is the key to a good lap time.<\/p>\n
\u00ab There are therefore many braking points, and it will be particularly interesting to study them between cars with KERS and those without. The heat of the tires will need to be minimized as much as possible because the weather conditions will be very hot here. We are providing the teams with Medium and Super-Soft compounds.
