But the man at the center of the debate, Lucas di Montezemolo, is not on site, despite the threats made on Tuesday to withdraw the Ferrari team from the competition. Montezemolo is also the president of FOTA, but the 61-year-old Italian remained in Italy, following the recent death of his father.<\/p>\n
The director of the Ferrari team, Stefano Domenicali, therefore represents Ferrari in London, while John Howett (Toyota) takes over from Montezemolo in the role of FOTA director.<\/p>\n
