Ferrari, Red Bull, and Toro Rosso have made it clear that they will not participate in next year’s Formula 1 World Championship unless the conditions they attach to their entry are met by the governing body.<\/p>\n
The Maranello team and the Red Bull Racing teams have been automatically entered on the 2010 list because the FIA believes that these teams have committed to racing under contracts signed with the Board of Directors and the FIA several years ago.<\/p>\n
However, Ferrari insists that the terms of this agreement have been violated by the governing body, meaning it cannot force them to be present on a starting grid.<\/p>\n
In a statement released Friday morning, Ferrari insisted that it will not participate in next year’s F1 championship unless it is satisfied with the regulations in place.<\/p>\n
Ferrari presented, on May 29, 2009, an entry for the 2010 Formula 1 World Championship, which is subject to certain conditions. As of today, these conditions have not been met.<\/p>\n
\u00ab Despite this, the FIA has included Ferrari as an unconditional participant in the future Formula 1 championship. \u00bb<\/p>\n
