The team principal of Superfund, Alex Wurz, claims that his team remains on the FIA’s reserve list for the 2010 Formula 1 championship.<\/p>\n
The Austrian submitted his application to be present next year in the premier category of motorsports, but his entry was not accepted by the FIA this Friday.<\/p>\n
However, with the uncertainty surrounding the FOTA member teams, some teams are on a reserve list in case some manufacturers decide to withdraw.<\/p>\n
Wurz and his Superfund team say they are on this list.<\/p>\n
\u00ab I am not exactly sure what it depends on, \u00bb Wurz said from Le Mans regarding this reserve list.<\/p>\n
There is a deadline on June 19, so there are a few more days to be selected.<\/p>\n
The FIA asked the Superfund team to be in a reserve position. The governing body continues to talk to us and then a decision will be made.<\/p>\n
The Austrian driver, however, remains uncertain about the future of his project to enter F1 in 2010.<\/p>\n
