In Monza, he had spoiled his end of the race, when the points were within his reach. Finally, in Singapore, the Williams driver went and hit one of the walls that border the Marina Bay street circuit. He had damaged his front wing and caused the first safety car of the Grand Prix.<\/p>\n
In Suzuka, he made another mistake. After a short ten minutes into the first qualifying session, he lost control of his car in the final corner of the circuit. The Williams collided with the wall, reducing the car to a wreck.<\/p>\n
Sentenced to start from last place, he may be forced to start from the pit lane. Motor components and most likely his gearbox must have been damaged in the accident.
