Friday’s trials hinted at better performances this Saturday on the Hungaroring track in Hungary. Unfortunately, the team based in Cologne faced new issues with its cars. In the morning, Timo Glock experienced a hydraulic problem but managed to come back to claim the 6th fastest time. It was a different story this afternoon as he will start from 14th place.<\/p>\n
His teammate, Jarno Trulli, is facing even more difficulties. He finished 12th during practice in qualifying. Tomorrow’s race promises to be very tough, especially since overtaking is difficult, and the team is losing pace…<\/p>\n
Jarno Trulli – 12th and 12th (11th after Massa’s withdrawal):<\/b><\/p>\n
\u00ab I was not particularly satisfied with the car all weekend and unfortunately we couldn’t break into the top 10 today. The lap times were very close all weekend and a few tenths make a big difference in the standings. In the end, we didn’t have the pace. It’s difficult at the moment to know exactly our shortcomings, but it’s obvious that we were hoping for a better result. I’m a racing driver and I never give up, the race will be long and anything can happen so I will do my best to score points. \u00bb<\/p>\n

\u00ab I’m disappointed with this result, especially because this morning I felt that we had a good package. For some reason, we just couldn’t get a better time with the car, which is a shame. On my last lap, I caught up to another car in the last corner and lost a bit of time. I’m sure I could have gone faster, but that’s how things go in qualifying. Starting 14th is tough for us tomorrow since overtaking is almost impossible here, but we’ll see what we can do in terms of strategy and, of course, we’ll do our best. \u00bb<\/p>\n

We encountered several technical issues with the cars, including a loss of hydraulic pressure for Timo [Glock] this morning, which cost us valuable time.
