It’s still nothingness on the BMW side, as race after race they fail to raise their level. It can seem very frustrating for the drivers, even though Robert Kubica has confirmed his presence with the German team for 2010. For now, both he and his teammate Nick Heidfeld have made a good start for this Hungarian race, but the result is not as dazzling.<\/p>\n
These are the 11th and 13th places out of 16 drivers at the finish. The summer break is a must with a return to form in a month in Valencia for the European GP\u2026<\/p>\n
Nick Heidfeld – 11th:<\/b><\/p>\n
Starting 15th on the grid and finishing 11th was the best I could achieve today. My start was good, but later on, I lost positions again. First, someone hit me from behind, and later, I went wide on lap 11.<\/p>\n
\u00ab Then it took some time before I passed S\u00e9bastien Buemi, and after that, I found myself back in traffic. That’s why we decided to make my first pit stop a few laps earlier than planned. This is, of course, a disadvantage, but due to the traffic, it could still pay off. Despite the fact that the car was quite heavy, the pace wasn’t too bad. But overall, I would say the car was fast this weekend, and it’s frustrating not to have converted these improvements into points. \u00bb<\/p>\n
Robert Kubica – 13th:<\/b><\/p>\n
\u00ab I made a good start and a good first lap by managing to gain a lot of places. At least that’s something positive. Unfortunately, I suffered from tire wear throughout the race. About ten laps on each stint and my tires were degraded so I was slow. \u00bb<\/p>\n

Our cars had no issues, but after difficult qualifying, there was nothing more we could do on the track. With better starting positions, we could have fought for points today.
