According to Ecclestone, the organizers of this circuit will start building the track in October. Ecclestone will lay the first stone next month, he confirmed.<\/p>\n
Ecclestone states: \u00ab This has been under discussion for a very long time. There has never been any doubt. The contract was signed a long time ago. We are waiting for the circuit to be built. The first stone will be laid at the end of October. I will be in India to lay the first stone. \u00bb<\/p>\n
