The team replaced the radiators on their car and removed a “gurney flap” from the upper element of its rear wing. The “gurney flap” is an edge that is added to the rear end of the wing flap to increase aerodynamic downforce. The regulations require, due to Parc Ferm\u00e9, that after these changes, Jaime Alguersuari starts from the pit lane.<\/p>\n
It won’t make much difference for him anyway since he qualified in 20th and last place. Toro Rosso also replaced his gearbox following the last free practice sessions.<\/p>\n
