\u00ab I really like the track, it’s a lot of fun to drive here, even though it’s still extremely dusty. I think our performance doesn’t look too bad, even though we had several issues in the first session. Besides having to change the gearbox, there were also problems with the floor and tire pressure. But for the second session, several things were sorted out. I set my best lap quite early with new tires and stayed in the lead for a long time until some of the other drivers did their runs on new tires at the end of the session. \u00bb<\/p>\n
Robert Kubica – 8th and 10th:<\/b><\/p>\n
\u00ab Today’s track was very dirty and grip was poor. There was a lot of dust on the trajectory, especially at the beginning of the day, but also during the second session. The track surface is better than last year, but it is still quite bumpy. We had a small problem at the beginning of the second session with a gearbox sensor, but it was resolved quickly and we managed to complete our program. \u00bb<\/p>\n

\u00ab We have brought a comprehensive development program for the F1.09 to Singapore. From an aerodynamic perspective alone, it includes a new front wing, deeper sidepods, an enhanced double diffuser, and a modification to the rear wing. Add to that, an entirely new and more compact gearbox. For the drivers, it is of course a challenge since they have to get used to it. We have understood a lot of things, but we are not where we want to be. There is still a lot of work ahead of us.
