Vatanen stated that Tchervonenko’s actions highlight a campaign rich in support: \u00ab This latest show of support not only adds momentum to our cause but also underscores the widespread desire for a new direction across the member clubs from the largest to the smallest within the FIA. \u00bb<\/p>\n
\u00ab It is particularly important that the small clubs, given the structure of the FIA, form the foundation of the FIA family. They have their own issues, and I believe their interests must be protected in a very meticulous manner. \u00bb<\/p>\n
Vatanen participated a few days ago in a conference of Arab automobile organizations in Jordan, hosted by HRH Prince Faisal Al Hussein, appointed vice-president of Vatanen (Sport) for the Middle East. Mishaal Al Sudairy, President of the Saudi Arabian Automobile Federation, stated that Prince Faisal’s role in Vatanen’s campaign had boosted its position in the Middle East.<\/p>\n
