Technology"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The lawsuit against the FIA over the selection process of new teams for the 2010 Formula 1 championship was dismissed after French courts rejected all the claims. The N. Technology case was heard in Paris on October 13, but the verdict was only delivered yesterday afternoon.<\/p>\n<p>N. Technology was among the many teams hoping to enter F1 next year. However, it was not granted permission, unlike Campos Meta, USF1, or Manor GP. Legal action was initiated by MSC, the parent company of N. Technology, which claimed there were irregularities in how the grid spots were allocated. The organization made no comment on the verdict.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;We do this in the name of sport,&#8221; said Angelo Codignoni, a member of the MSC board last June. &#8220;From our point of view, the procedure for new entrants was not respected, and there was no transparency in the process and preparations for the 2010 championship.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Lotus has also received permission to participate in the next championship after the BMW-Sauber team announced its withdrawal and that it would not sign the Concorde Agreements. At that time, N.
