The firm also informed Mercedes that the agreement was invalid last September.<\/p>\n<p>This statement shows that this matter handled at the time by Brawn GP should have been investigated further. It was the transition from Brawn GP to Mercedes GP that caused the transaction to fail because the Henkel representative had negotiated with a Brawn GP employee who is no longer in their position at Mercedes GP today.
