– Le team a valid\u00e9 la performance de certains \u00e9l\u00e9ments cl\u00e9s du package a\u00e9ro pr\u00e9vu pour la premi\u00e8re course, afin d’\u00eatre s\u00fbr que les donn\u00e9es piste confirment les r\u00e9sultats de la soufflerie. Les deux pilotes ont essay\u00e9 un nouvel aileron arri\u00e8re et un nouveau fond plat et les relev\u00e9s d’informations confirment une am\u00e9lioration du package.<\/p>\n

Nick Heidfeld: I’ve caught a cold these days, and the team told me I could drive this morning and stop this afternoon. The priority of the day was to check new aero parts. That’s why we did a lot of back-and-forth to the pit, for aero mapping. The data is being analyzed, but my impression is positive. Then, we used the rest of the morning for start simulations, system checks, and evaluating new developments.<\/p>\n

Vitaly Petrov: \u00abNot really a lot of laps on track this afternoon. But we were still able to check the car’s balance and prepare some settings for tomorrow. The new aero parts bring progress and give us more downforce.\u00bb<\/p>\n
